Registered with name, address, valid credit card information, valid phone number, and valid email address, 3. 21 years of age to buy short guns (pistols or revolvers) 4. 18 years of age to buy long guns (rifles or shotguns) Note: No straw buyers allowed. Only the person registered to bid may make payment and pick up guns. That same person will be required to show photo ID and complete top portion of ATF Form # 4473 or show concealed carry permit or FFL. NO SHIPPING OF GUNS OFFERED FOR THIS AUCTION! Non Arkansas residents may not buy guns in this auction AS IT WOULD REQUIRE SHIPPING TO AN FFL IN BUYER'S STATE. Use of this site is subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. Due diligence: All merchandise is sold as is with no warranties. Bidder is responsible for his own inspection, determination of condition, value, and correctness of description. Winning Bidder Notification/Invoice: Upon close of the auction winning bidders will be emailed an "unpaid" invoice for your purchases. Payment: Pay for your merchandise with cash, good check or card (3% added if paying with card), at pick up during the designated time. You will be issued a "paid" receipt. Present the paid receipt to the attendant at pickup. No items will be released for pickup until paid for. Designated Pick Up Time: Pick up time is posted in ads and in the info for each individual auction. Purchased items must be picked up during the specified time. "No show" buyers that fail to pay and pick up, and do not respond to attempts to contact will be barred from bidding in Orrell Auctions and may be barred from other HiBid Auctions as well.
