Welcome to our newest auction. These items are all located in a single estate in Koppel. If you're looking for building supplies, boy do we have you covered! We've got lumber, sheet rock, duct work and tools a plenty. We've also got lawn and garden equipment, ladders and more. The original owner was a painter by trade, so there's some scaffolding as well. All items will be available for pick up at the house in Koppel. The address will be sent to the winning bidders. There's plenty here for the DIYers among you. We accept payment via cash, check (in state with ID) or card. There is a 3% processing fee associated with credit/debit cards. We do not charge your card automatically.

A few housekeeping notes: Pick up will be one day only. That day is July 24th. If you aren't available that day, please don't bid. We will not haul or store your items. You are welcome to send somebody else to pick them up, though. Also, we can not ship several items due to their ORM-D desgination. If an items is not marked shipping available, we won't ship it. If you require shipping, please extend us some patience as we package, box and prepare each order by ourselves. We have no control over shipping costs, but we do compare pricing and choose the cheapest method. One final note on shipping, if you would like your order shipped to an address other than your own, please let us know that in advance. It's best to either call or email us prior to the end of the auction. I said one final note, but here's another final, final note, if you're requesting shipping, you will receive an initial invoice without shipping included, please do not pay this invoice. We will send you an amended invoice with the actual shipping charges included after we package your goods. We do this to save you and us money on processing fees.

This home is located in a residential neighborhood. Please respect any driveways and lawns. Please don't park in the middle of the street blocking traffic, we are not responsible for any tickets/tows you may incur. The home is sold, so please be as gentle and respectful as humanly possible when removing your items. We will have help and any appropriate dollies to assist.
