Mt. Morris Live Estate Auction July 13th @ 11:00am Registration is free and starts at 9:00am at estate location. Those 18 and Over With a Valid Photo ID will be allowed to register. Address will be available July 12th 10% buyers premium will be added to all sales. Terms and Announcement’s day of auction takes precedence over any printed or posted material. We accept cash and credit cards. If using a credit card, we charge a 3.5% processing fee. . All items are sold “as is, where is” with no warranty, expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Please bring help for loading large items. We are not responsible for injuries nor accidents. All items have been moved to the garage and pole barn, bring mosquito repellent home and pole barn are by wooded area and lots of mosquito. Bring umbrella just in case it rains.
