This auction consists of Restaurant Equipment, Tables, Chairs, Booths, Stainless, Cooking Equipment, Home Decor, Lighting, Beer Signs, Neon, Furniture, Fixtures and Coolers. * Auction Method: Online ONSITE PREVIEW - July 9 From 10am-2pm * Bidding Period: Now thru ______________July 11____ (Soft Close) Starts closing at 7pm CST * Pickup: day after auction close ___which is July 12______10-4Pm. ___ (Exceptions for Large items) but all items must be paid for on July 12 * Preview: Online & ____________________July 9_____From 10am-2pm * Terms: Cash, Wire Transfer, Most Credit Card and Debit Cards. If over $500 Cash, or any titled vehicle, Cashier's Check or Wire Transfer only accepted. * Soft Close: We use a soft close method of closing. If any bid is within the last 3 minutes of auction close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes. * Invoices will go out to winning bidders within 1 hour of auction close * Payment: Cash or Credit Card on site with a 3% discount on the BP for cash. Any invoice not settled by 4pm day after auction close will be charged to card on file. * Declined Cards: There is a $35 service fee assessed for any card that is declined for any reason. * Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. * Condition: You are buying As is, where is. Unless otherwise specified, we have not tested the item. In addition, if you buy an item "With Contents" You must take all the contents. Failure to do so will result in disposal fees to your account with us. * Errors & Omissions: Any claim regarding description errors must be made within 24 hours of auction close to be considered valid, otherwise bidder may not seek recovery of any kind. * Buyer's Premium: 15% with a 3% Discount for Cash * Shipping: This is a NO SHIPPING AUCTION * Sales Tax and Farm Exemption: Please forward in advance sales tax exemption information, go to www.WaltCadeAuctions.com/salestax.htm . Removal: Please bring adequate packing boxes and materials. No loading help is available. Bring your own help and or loading equipment. Forklift not available. Bring your own tools for your removal, if you are removing an outside door or window your MUST bring proper material to close are and make safe. If you are removing a plumbing item you must properly cap it off. If you are removing an electrical item you must make safe and us proper connectors. No materials will be supplied by auction company. All areas must be left clean, Auction Staff will inspect to make sure proper personel and equipment are used. Please bring knowledgeable persons for the task, We reserve the right to deny access to anyone we feel unqualified for the job. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in additional charges to the buyer. Removal Staff: After July 12 and by appointment, our staff charges $24 hour to be onsite for pickup of items. * Unclaimed Items: Not picked by the 4pm pickup time, may at auctioneer's option 1) be transferred to our auction center in KIlgore at a loading and transfer cost to be added to invoice, Additional storage fees will also apply. 2) or left behind, donated to the Children's Foundation, or disposed of at winning bidder's expense.
