The number assigned to you by the system will be your permanent bidder number for (most) sales conducted by Booker Auction Co.

Your card will NOT be charged unless you fail to pay for your item within 21 days of the auction close. In the event of a credit card payment, please note there will be a 3.5 percent fee attached to the bill for credit purchases. All winning bidders will be invoiced by the National Onion Association. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not offered as every item is sold ‘as is’ (as stated above) and all bidders or buyers are encouraged to conduct their own inspections of items prior to bidding or buying. We make no guarantees or warranties of any kind regarding the condition, longevity, or usefulness of any item being offered for sale.

Restocking fees will apply in instances that restocking occurs.

All advertising information was obtained from sources deemed reliable. Although every precaution has been taken to assure accuracy, the seller and Booker Auction Co., shall not be liable for errors and/or omissions.

Booker Auction Co. may, under certain conditions, bid on behalf of the pre-approved absentee buyers.

All items immediately become the responsibility of the purchaser after being sold.

By registering to bid or attempting to bid at our sales or auctions, bidder/buyer agrees to sale terms as well as these terms and conditions, be they as is, amended or modified by text or speech at any time before items are sold.

All purchases must be paid in full no later than 21 days after the auction closes. You are authorizing Booker Auction Company to charge the credit card on file after 5 days for unpaid purchases. Any items that are left on seller property after 30 days are subject to forfeiture by the purchaser, becoming seller's property to dispose of at our discretion.
