ENTIRE LOT OF CHERRY LUMBER
DEADLINE TO SUBMIT SEALED BIDS IS MONDAY, JULY 12 AT 5:00 PM, E.S.T.
You are bidding on the entire stock of approximately 1,000 board feet of Cherry lumber.
NOTE: The lumber is 3/4" thickness, regular cut and tongue and groove. The lot is in varying lengths and widths. It was cut many years ago to do the interior rooms of an older home. The lumber has been stored in a heated dry basement of a Meadville Area home.
The lumber may be viewed by appointment only by contacting the auctioneer, C. Sherman Allen at (814) 671-9947 or by email at csallenauction@gmail.com.

SEALED BIDDER AUCTION
The sealed bidder auction is a combination of sealed bids and a live bid auction.
Once all the sealed bidder bids have been received, the top bid amount will be determined by the auctioneer. Any bidders whose bid falls within 20% of the top bid received will be eligible to participate in the live portion of the auction. If there are no other bids within 20% of the top bid, the top three bidders will participate in the live auction.
Qualified bidders will be notified of the date, time, and place of the live bid portion of this auction. The final winning bidder is responsible for the removal of the lumber from the site where it is being stored.
