Addition to or Withdrawal from Sale - Blizzard LLC reserves the right to add or withdraw from sale any of the goods listed or unlisted at any point during the auction. All other merchandise may be picked up by another person of your choosing if you provide advanced written notice. Your credit card on file will be charged when your items are prepared for shipping unless you make arrangements for alternant payment prior to shipping. Items must be paid in full before shipping is initiated. We will update your existing invoice with any applicable Tracking Numbers and the total cost of your Shipping & Handling fees. Tracking Numbers on your invoice will not become active until the balance is paid in full and your packages have been released to the carrier. If your Shipping & Handling fees remain unpaid in excess of 24 hours after packing, you may be charged additional handling fees to reprint your label and more. If your fees still remain unpaid after 48 hours, your items will be forfeited to the auction house to be relisted, disposed of, or donated at the buyer's expense. Items will be shipped via UPS, USPS, Fedex, or other carriers as necessary. Any items with shipping requests will be prepared for shipment and delivered to the carrier within 7 business days of payment. Please contact the carrier on your invoice if you have any problems with shipping. We strive to ensure you receive your items in a timely and cost-effective way. All items shipped will be insured at their full purchase price at the buyer's cost. Items will be packaged together to reduce shipping costs to the greatest extent possible while maintaining the safety of the items within the package. Shipping & Handling fees are calculated with carrier's shipping costs, any applicable insurance and signature fees, plus a modest handling fee to cover shipping supplies, including bubble wrap, boxes, packing materials, and delivery to carrier etc.. Shipping to and from Alaska can be expensive. Please double check shipping costs before placing bids. Remember all shipping costs are to be paid for by the purchaser. We do not ship Alaskan ivory, baleen, & other animal products will not be shipped outside of the United States. International buyers may bid on such items but must arrange pick-up or delivery within the United States. Payment - Successful bidders agree to pay the purchase price accordance with the bid. Buyers Premium on all other items will be listed with the items The full purchase price on all lots sold to the same buyer must be paid on the day of sale and before removal of any of winning items. Compliance with Terms of Sale - In default of payment of purchase price in full within the time specified, Blizzard LLC. may retain all monies received as liquidated damages in addition to all other remedies allowed by law. No claims will be allowed. Goods not paid for or removed within the time specified may be resold at public or private sale without further notice and any deficiency, together with all expenses and charges of resale, will be charged to the defaulting purchaser. We do understand that life happens sometimes and will occasionally make exceptions to our policy at our own discretion. Blizzard LLC will default to all terms listed in this policy unless explicitly stated in writing and signed off by Blizzard LLC management. Title - Title to goods sold shall transfer to the purchaser when full and final payment is made. Vehicle or property title paperwork will be provided to purchaser as soon as practical following the auction. Purchasers are responsible for the paperwork provided; a fee will be charged for replacement paperwork. For vehicles, no replacement paperwork will be provided. Once you have paid you will bring the paperwork and vehicle to your choice of DMV or DMV service provider to get your title taken care of. We at Blizzard LLC recommend Efficiency Consulting at 601 E 57th Place #106 Removal - Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless both consignor and Blizzard LLC against any damage caused by acts of the purchaser and/or his agents. Blizzard LLC is not responsible for goods not removed within the time specified and shall have the option of removing and storing any goods not removed at the expense and risk of the purchaser. It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange pick up or shipment of all winning items by the times designated in each auction's individual terms. Where auction specific terms are not listed, the terms listed here will be defaulted to. Withdrawing items from auction Blizzard LLC can withdraw any items, at any point during the auction and shall not, in any event, be liable for non-delivery, or any other liability associated with withdrawing whether such non delivery or withdraw results from seller's decision to withdraw the goods from the sale or for other reasons. In the case of non-delivery or withdrawal where payment has already been made, Blizzard LLC will return the purchaser's deposit or payment on the nondelivered withdrawn lot should the purchaser be entitled to it. Records - The record of sale kept by Blizzard LLC is final in the event of any dispute. Personal and Property Risk - Persons attending during preview, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of injury or loss to person and property and specifically release Blizzard LLC from liability, therefore. Neither Blizzard LLC nor its principals shall be liable by reason of any detect or condition on which the sale is held. Please plan ahead when picking up winning lots, plan accordingly for weather and use discretion when lifting heavy objects. REMOVAL OF PROPERTY IF THE RESPOSIBILITY OF THE BUYER AND BLIZZARD LLC WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR INJURYS ACCOURRING WHILE PICKING UP WINNING LOTS.
