1.) All Sales are Final. Chandler's Auction House does not guarantee, imply or warranty any item. Chandler's Auction House will attempt to identify all items, and is not responsible for any input errors. Please do your due diligence through our preview periods.
2.) All sales are subject to 8.00% NYS Sales Tax unless provided with a sales tax exemption prior to payment. This is the buyers responsibility to provide to Chandler's Auction House.
3.) It is the buyers responsibility to arrange pick up of winning bids during our pick up times. Items not picked up within one week from the end of the Auction will be subject to a $3.00 per day storage fee. Any item not picked up within 30 days will be considered abandoned, and shall become the property of Chandler's Auction House, unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
4.) All monies owed Chandler's Auction House shall be paid prior to items being picked up.
5.) There is a 15% Buyers Premium and may only be paid by Credit Card.
6.) Invoice will be paid using the Credit Card on file at the conclusion of the sale.
7.) Shipping Charges will be added as they are prepared, and the Credit Card on file will be charged prior to shipping.
8.) We will ship any item(s) that can fit into a box at true cost with a $10.00 per package processing fee. It is the buyers repsonsibilty to arrange shipping for large items that do not fit in standard USPS or similar shipping boxes.
9.) Buyers are responsible for understanding the bidding process. Please contact us if you are unsure of the procedure.
