The Credit Card registered during Auction Registration will be charged immediatly following conclusion of the Auction. No Cash or Checks accepted at time of pickup. If items are shipping to your location, there will be two charges made to the Credit Card on file when you registered. One for the item, the other for Shipping when it is packed & ready to ship. Latimer Auction does not test or guarentee condition/authenticity or genuineness of items, inspections are encouraged by Bidder prior to the Auction. Each item sells in "As Is" condition, by Bidding on an item you have agreed to accept the item in it's "As Is" condition. Pickup Date: Friday June 11th 1:00pm till 6:30pm . If you need to have our items shipped, please contact us before the end of pickup time, to confirm "Ship to" Address. IF you cannot pickup items during specified pickup time, please do not bid! Lots not picked up during the specified pickup dates/times will be charged $5 per lot per day Storage. After 7 Days any items left will be considered abandoned & forfeited , they will then become the propertry of Latimer Auction, with no refunds.
