All sales are final. Software bugs can happen and do happen. Corrections will take place ASAP.
Items with reserves are a problem with current software. Either a red flag goes on the item which deters bidding or if you bid- a box comes up saying you may have won. Neither is conclusive. Even when an equal bid of the reserve is made-it is not posted as such since the bidding starts at $5.00 and if no one else bids, it stays at $5.00. If your bid is equal to the reserve and no one else has bid, the item will be sold to you at the end of the auction if you contact me and it will be added to your invoice. Until the software is modified this is somewhat awkward. The frozen first bid is based on the more bids, the more they earn. This is a conundrum.
All items valued at $50 or over are sent priority.
