TERMS AND CONDITIONS- Jems, Inc. DBA: Auction House 360 Bidders and Registration: All bidders must be 18 years of age in order to bid and provide a valid driver’s license at the time of pick up. You must provide a complete and accurate profile at the time of registration. Auction House 360 may refuse to accept the registration of any buyer for any reason. Auction Lots: The Indoor shall not be responsible for the authenticity or defect in any lot(s). All items are being sold AS IS – WHERE IS. There are no warranties or guarantees on any items sold. Occasionally Auction House 360 may have to remove an item after bidding begins. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This will not happen often and only if unavoidable. Auction House 360. does our best to accurately describe and photograph all items. The descriptions and photos should not be considered a warranty or guarantee either expressed or implied. All measurements are approximations. Minimum prices are placed on most items. Payment: After the auction ends you will receive a settlement statement from Auction House 360. Your credit card on file will be charged for the total amount due. If Auction House 360 is not able to charge your credit card, you will receive an invoice from Square for the amount owed. Please promptly pay this invoice within 2 days after receiving your invoice. Pickup: Item pickup days must be strictly adhered to. To schedule an appointment, go to www.auctionhouse360.com/bookanappointment. Pickup days for this auction are November 11th-13th, by appointment only. Please do not bid if you cannot meet these pickup days unless you have prior approval from Auction House 360. Items must be removed by November 13th. All items that you purchased must be taken with you. Pickup Appointment: Your pickup appointment is a 15-minute time slot, by default. Your appointment may be quicker or take longer. Do not schedule multiple pickup times, even for multiple auctions. When you arrive (at your appointment time), you can pull up to the loading area in front of the entrance in the front. Please text 719-219-1898 to let us know you have arrived. Please bring plenty of boxes and packing materials for items won. Also bring help for lifting as well as a dolly for larger items as help is not available at time of pick up. You may need to make more than one trip. Shipping: If you need shipping you must request it! Your items will not be processed for shipping automatically unless you contact Auction House 360 by phone or text at 719-219-1898. Shipping will not happen right away. Please note the following schedule. 1. Nothing is done until all auctions in a series have ended. 2. All out of state buyer statements, for buyers who have requested shipping, are sorted. 3. One or more employees will begin to process lots, starting on the Thursday immediately following the last auction to end. 4. Once all items are gathered, invoices are processed through HiBid, for shipping charges. 6. Shipping will be done on the Thursday following the end of the auction series. Small items/quantities will be shipped in-house by Auction House 360. The credit card you have on file with HiBid will be charged. Larger items – We will not ship larger items/quantities in-house. You will need to contact a shipping company and have them schedule a pickup appointment by following the instructions above. All Items MUST be picked up by September 24th.
