Terms and Conditions of the Sale: 13% Buyer's premium will be added to all credit card purchases. 10% Buyer's premium when paying in cash or local check. Buyer must notify Dunn's Attic prior to bidding if they intend to pay with cash or Florida check. We accept Visa/ Mastercard/ Discover/ American Express. The credit card used to register your account will be charged immediately following the close of the auction. Full payment is required at the close of the auction. We HIGHLY recommend buyers inspect all items before placing a bid. Item viewing is available the Thursday prior to the auction from 11am to 3pm. By placing a bid, buyer signifies they have inspected the item, or have declined to inspect the item. All items are sold AS IS. No warranties are included with any purchase, and there are NO refunds or returns. Buyer assumes the responsibility of paying all applicable taxes on their purchase, unless valid tax exemption paperwork is on file with us prior to auction start. Winning items will be available for pickup the first two (2) business days following the close of the auction. Pickup times are from 11am to 4pm. Items not picked up will be returned to ownership of the seller, with no refund to the buyer. We offer no in-house shipping, if the buyer must have their items shipped they are solely responsible for organizing shipping as well as any and all fees associated with shipping their items. Item descriptions are believed to be accurate, however we are not liable for any mislabeling or innacuracies. All sales are final. By placing a bid, buyer hereby agrees that any suit, action, or legal preceeding arising out of or relating to the auction shall be brought solely and exclusively in the courts of the state of Florida in and for Volusia County.
