If a bid is received in this time frame the bidding on that lot is extended for 2 additional minutes. This can repeat numerous times No contingencies are offered or acceptable regarding the purchase of any item in this auction. Any qualified bidder may bid on the merchandise in this auction including the auctioneer, agents, and the seller(s). Purchases must be picked up during the listed pick up hours or the purchaser will incur a $25.00 reschedule fee if agent/auctioneer is required to make a special trip to the auction site. The purchaser is responsible for the merchandise once the auction ends, including packing and loading at the pick-up site. Please bring your own help if assistance is needed. The individual who appears as the registered bidder will be responsible for any and all purchases made on his/her registration (bid number) A 10% buyer premium will be added to the winning bid on each item to determine the contract price. A $5.00 charge will be added to the invoice for handling. The items will be taken to the UPS STORE for packing and shipping. UPS Store will contact the purchaser directly for instructions and to collect shipping fees.
