All property is sold "as is" without warranty or gurantee of any kind. Property is being sold per order of the United States Bankruptcy Court free and clear of all liens. There is a 20% Buyer's Premium on this auction, on any amount above $70,000, per the U. S. Bankruptcy Court. For example, if the buyer bids $100,000 and wins, he will be paying 20% only on $30,000 for a total buye'rs premium of $6,000. A $20,000 deposit is due on the day of the auction via a bank wire transfer, cash or certified funds. The balance is due upon closing, which shall not exceed 30 days. Property taxes shall be pro-rated for the year 2019.
