This is an INTERNET ONLY auction being conducted by Temaat Auctions.  The successful bidder is required to pay for the item that they bid including:  the bid amount, the buyers premium and any other sales taxes that might apply.

GENERAL TERMS:  All items are being sold "AS IS/WHERE IS" with no guarantee or warranty whatsoever.  Any condition or description of an item is given strictly as a courtesy to our clients and is only opinion and should not be treated as fact.   Temaat Auctions has no responsibility for any error or omission in descriptions, but strives to be as accurate as possible.  The absense of a condition does not imply that the lot is perfect or completely free from imperfections, wear and tear, or the effects of aging.

It will be the buyers responsibility to remove all items without causing damage to the property in which they are stored.  If you are the winning bidder, please bring all tools and assistance you will need to load out items.  Assistance will not be provided on-site.  Once the auction ends, the items become property of the winning bidder (buyer).

BUYERS PREMIUM:  There is a 10% buyers premium added to each purchase.  (example)  If you buy and item for $100, you will be charged $110 at checkout time.

PAYMENTS:  Accepted forms of payment are local checks, cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.  Checks over $500 will require prior approval and payment must be presented at time of pick up.  Combined items is allowed and encouraged.

BID CLOSING: 

LOAD OUT AND PICK UP:  Each item will have load out and pick up instructions.  All items must be removed by the winning bidder.  Invoics will be e-mailed the day following the close of the auction, and payment and pickup is required withing 5 days unless other arrangements have been made with Temaat Auctions.

Neither the company providing the software nor Temaat Auctions will be held responsible for missed internet bids or the failure of the software to perform correctly for any reason.   Please note, any annoucements made the day of the sale take precedence over all other printed materials and advertising.  Buyer accepts all faults of the merchandise wether known or unknown.  Information given from sources is deemed reliable but not gauranteed by the Seller or Auctioneer. 

The auctioneer reserves the right to make any changes to lots, remove or add items as they see fit during the auction and bidding process.

It will be the buyers responsibility to remove all items without causing damage to the property in which they are stored.  If you are the winning bidder, please bring all tools and assistance you will need to load out items.  Assistance will not be provided on-site.  Once the auction ends, the items become property of the winning bidder (buyer).
