All pick-ups for this auction will be at the existing location of 3426 Vassar NE Suite B on Wednesday, April 28th and Thursday, April 29th only - if you cannot make an appointment to pick-up on either of those two days, please do not bid. Two 1-hour live previews for this auction are scheduled - Monday, April 26th and Tuesday, April 27th between 4:00pm and 5:00pm on both days. ***LIMITED SHIPPING AVAILABLE - ONLY JEWELRY & COIN LOTS MARKED "SHIPPING AVAILABLE" WILL BE SHIPPED.*** Winning bidders that require shipping on eligible lots - call us on Thursday to make your payment - we will have your adjusted total (invoice + shipping) ready. If a lot receives a bid within 2 minutes of ending, the closing time for that lot will be extended 2 minutes for each bid received until no other bids are made. All pick-ups will be handled through the rear roll-up door at 3426 Vassar NE Suite B in Albuquerque. Worn masks are required for everyone on the auction house property at all times. Buyers not picking up their lots will be barred from bidding at future auctions. WE ARE REQUIRED to collect sales taxes. If you have a valid NTTC (Non-Taxable Transaction Certificate), bring it with you when you pick up your items and we will enter your information into your customer record.
