Premium, Shipping, Terms and Conditions BUYERS PREMIUM SCHEDULE A premium equal to 15% of the final bid price will be applied to each lot sold, to be paid by the buyer, as part of the final purchase price. PICKUP DATE, AT THE ESTATE RESIDENCE Pickup is expected to be conducted as soon as possible, before May 1. Professional moving services are recommended, unless the buyer has experience moving heavy antiques. Any damage done to floors or walls during removal of item will be repaired at the buyer's expense. By bidding in this auction, the buyer acknowledges receipt of these terms. PAYMENT PAYMENT FOR ANY PURCHASE IS CONSIDERED DUE AND PAYABLE ON RECEIPT OF INVOICE.
