Orleans, East Jefferson & Lake Borgne Basin Levee Districts Surplus Inspection: Wed, April 28th from 9AM to 3PM - All persons entering must wear a face mask/covering and must pass a temperature check before entering building. Directions: From I-10 West in New Orleans, exit Franklin Ave. and turn right on Franklin Ave., drive almost to the end and you will see auction site on the left. PLEASE NOTE: You must park on Franklin Ave on same side as auction site and enter gate nearest to Rouses shopping center and follow auction signs into building Removal will be on a First Come-First Serve Basis in an Orderly Manner on the following Days/Times: Day of auction until 4pm, Mon 5/3 to Thu 5/6 from 9A-3P. No removal on Friday, Saturday or Sunday as facility is closed. All items must be out on or before 5/6. Additional time may be granted at the discretion of the auction company depending on the circumstances. Any items not removed in alloted time are considered abandoned, no refunds given.
