The first item will begin to close at 6:00 PM Central time and an item will close every 20 seconds there after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes when ever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. LOAD OUT/PICK-UP: Winning bidders may pick their items up Saturday, April 17th from 9 AM - 5 PM or Monday, April 19th from 9 AM - 5 PM. Pick up location will be 1602 Stolpe Road, Hermann, MO 65041. Signs will be posted. SHIPPING: Schneider Auctioneers LLC will ship smaller items AT BUYER'S EXPENSE via UPS. We WILL NOT SHIP large/heavy furniture, equipment, appliances, glassware or tools. AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. BUYER'S PREMIUM: a 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. Additionally, the Auction Company may at their discretion permanently ban the non paying bidder from doing business with Schneider Auctioneers LLC in all future auctions as well as leave negative feedback about the buyer to other auctioneers that use the HiBid auction platform.
