All items will be sold as-is, where-is. 15% buyers premium with a 5% discount for cash or checks. All items must be removed day of sale. Doors will open at 3:00 p.m. for preview and registration. 8% sales tax will be charged unless you have a copy of your Alabama Dept of Revenue issued tax exempt certificate.

This sale will feature items from estates from all around the south. Most of these items are from homes that didn't have quite enough to do an on-site estate sale or auction and the items have been moved to our auction house and combined into one huge auction for them all. Dealers/sellers can bring their load the Monday prior to selling from 12-5. This allows time to get pictures on the internet & get it staged.
