This is an online auction only. All bids entered are an agreement to purchase said item and signifies that the bidder has examined the item to their satisfaction or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Buyer's Premium & Tax: Please note that there is a 7% sales tax applied to all purchases unless you have a tax exempt number on file with us. There is also a 13% buyer's premium applied to all purchases. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, check and cash. Call in payment or pay in person within 48 hours of auction end. If items are not picked up during allotted time, your credit card will be charged. Staggered & Soft Closing: The auction will begin closing at 7:00 pm CDT on December 26th. One lot will end every 30 seconds. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of any lot. All items purchased must be paid for on Thursday, December 27th 9 am - 12 noon at our auction center in Hastings, NE. And, the rooms must be cleaned out by 5 pm on Thursday, December 31st. NO EXCEPTIONS! The credit card on file will be charged 24 hours after the auction end if items have not been picked up and paid for. If items are not picked up within this time limit, the items are disposed of at the auctioneers discretion. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction, extend bidding or cancel bidding in the case of system failures. We also reserve the right to add or remove items from the auction. Neither the company providing the software nor Tri-City Auction Center shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. All items sell as is with no warrany or guarantee. ***NOTE: You must have a current photo ID and either a Nebraska Firearm Purchase Permit, Nebraska Conceal Carry Permit or FFL to bid on any firearm. NO EXCEPTIONS. These also must be presented at time of pick up and you will be required to complete a Firearm Transaction form 4473. Firearms can be mailed to your local FFL for pick up.***

Online Only "By The Room" Estate Auction will run from Wednesday, December 19th through Wednesday, December 26th at 7 p.m. CST. One lot will end every 30 seconds beginning at 7 p.m. Please note a buyer's Premium of 13% will be added to all purchases. All units will need to be paid for at our auction center on Thursday, December 27th from 9 am - 12 noon and the rooms will need to be cleaned out by 5 pm on Monday, December 31st. There will be a $100 cash deposit applied. The deposit is per person, buy as many units as you wish and pay only one $100 deposit. This $100 deposit will be refunded when the rooms are cleaned out.
