Terms-- CASH ONLY Payable after each locker is sold. The doors will be opened and we will give 2 min to look without entering. Then we will sell the locker and when the locker is announced sold to the highest bidder the highest bidder will pay the bid amount plus a 10% Buyer's Premium and a $50 deposit in which the $50 will be retuned when the unit is cleaned out.

We will start at USA Storage located beside the CVS on 19# in Elizabethton, TN. The address is 1201 Highway 19E Elizabethton, TN. Terms-- CASH ONLY Payable after each locker is sold. The doors will be opened and we will give 2 min to look without entering. Then we will sell the locker and when the locker is announced sold to the highest bidder the highest bidder will pay the bid amount plus a 10% Buyer's Premium and a $50 deposit in which the $50 will be retuned when the unit is cleaned out.
