There is an AUTO-EXTEND feature on the auction. If someone places a bid in the last 5 minutes of the auction, it will automatically extend for 5 minutes. For instance, if you were the top bidder at 1:59PM and someone came in and bid the last few seconds, the new end time would be 2:04PM. This would give you time to get back in and bid again if you so choose to do so. This will go on until all bidding is exhausted. This makes it fair to all bidders. This is considered a cash sale, not contingent upon financing. no inspection contingencies.
