Items Will Include:  Auditorium / Theatre Seating which will accomidate 120 people (Seats will need to be removed from the building), Sound / Mixer Board, Microphones, Stackable Chairs, Folding Chairs, Large Communioun Table, American and Christian Flag and Stands, Song Books, Book Shelves, Metal two and four drawer filing cabinets, Wood Dining Style Chairs, HVAC Units with Air Handlers and Outside Units, Pots & Pans, Microwave, Food Warmer, Various Plates and Bowls, Bathroom Fixtures- Toilets, Urinal, Vanity Sinks, Partion Stalls, Hose Reel, Receiver Hitch, Large Window A/C Window Unit, Two Small Water Heaters, Cabinetry, Folding Tables, Wall Mounted Storage Shelving, and Wiring, Patio Table and Chairs, Air Compressor and Much More. 

This building was formerly used as a Church.  The new owners are wanting to sell everything in the building including fixtures, wiring...everything !!!!  We will sell the fixtures, wiring, etc. as individual lots or the Entire Building To Be Torn Down as One Lot.  The Winning Bidder or Bidders will have 30 Days from date of auction to complete the Salvage / Demolition Process. 

Terms and Conditions:  All Items will be sold in As-Is, Where-Is Condition, without Any Warranties of Any Kind.   All Bidders are encouraged to make a reasonable inspection of items they are interested in before bidding and buying.  Once the item is declared sold by the auctioneer, that item becomes the responsibility of the buyer and the buyer is expected to pay for that item or items theday of auction.   Neither the auction company or the seller will be responsible for any Lost, Misplaced, Damaged or Stolen Items.   

Directions:  From Interstate 40 and Hwy 71 in Alma, Ar. go North Approx. 6 miles to the Former Lutheren Church on the West Side of Highway 71, just across the road from the Graphic Rd. turnoff.
