Patricia (Lucy) Emerson is retiring and moving out of the area. To facilitate that move she has decided to sell her Bed and Breakfast home and her Amish Art collection at Public Auction.

Real Estate: 1.56 Ac and home will be offered at 6:00 PM at the Gardens at Homestead. Per Holmes County auditor, the homebuilt in 1995 is currently set up as primary living on the main floor with 2 bed and breakfast locations located in the upper and lower levels of the home. There is an outside private entrance to all locations.  This property would lend itself to its current use or could be used as 3 Air B&B locations, as well as any other commercial uses. The location is prime, and the opportunities are endless for this location.

Mercer Suite: The main living space is 1000 sq. ft. and features an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining room and living room. Bidding on line will begin several days before Auction day on line and all sales will finish during the live auction. Artists include: Heinz Gougel, Dick Brown, Bill Coleman, Ben King, Sarah Weaver, Joan Hutson, Wayne Troyer, Constantine Kermes, James McBride and many others. Original paintings, numbered prints and photographs as well as other interesting art work will be offered.

There are also two Heinz Gougel hand painted child’s roll top desks with matching chairs.

 A sofa bed, refrigerator and a washer and dryer will also be sold.

Chattel Terms: Cash, good check or credit card accepted night of sale. A 5% fee will be added to credit card and online buyers.
