WINNING BIDDERS: Winning bidders will be notified by email after the auction. There will be a Invoice in a PDF attachment with the items you won at the auction. ITEM PICKUP: All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction site. Pick up time is Tuesday, September 25th from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM Winning bidders will be emailed the pickup address along with their invoice. Pickup is in Nicholasville Kentucky. This will be the only time available and no other arrangements can be made. If you fail to pick up your items the credit card used to register will be charged for your balance plus the 3% convenience fee. Firearms will be picked up at a separate location. Once you have paid for Firearms they can be picked up at Semper Fi Firearms located in Nicholasville KY. Buyer will be responsible for all fee's charged by Semper Fi Firearms to do background checks and handle transfer paperwork. Buyer is responsible for checking all local and federal laws regarding the purchase and possession of Firearms & Ammunition. PICKUP SCHEDULE: Please call or text auctioneer at 859.221.9373 to schedule an appointment during the allotted times for pickup. Buyers with no appointment will be served on a first come first serve basis, but those with appointments will be helped first. Most items will be brought by the auction staff to the check-out area for pick up. If you purchased a large item such as a pool table or exercise equipment, furniture, etc… you are responsible for bringing packing materials, tools, and any helpers needed to load your items during pickup. Halfhill Auction Group, LLC will have NO personnel available for moving heavy items. PAYMENT: Payment will be due in full to HALFHILL AUCTION GROUP, LLC at the time pickup on September 25th. Accepted methods of payment are cash, personal/business check, Visa or MasterCard credit cards (no debit cards accepted). There will be a 3% Convenience Fee added to all credit card transactions. SALES TAX: Kentucky Sales Tax (6%) will be added to the purchase price. Dealers or other exempt parties must provide proper documentation to Auctioneer before bidding or will be charged the sales tax.
