Successful bidders must pay in cash, please call 903-757-5845 to make arrangements. A $100 cleaning deposit is required. It will be refunded after the unit is emptied and broom swept, which must be completed within 72 hours of the auction close. Sales taxes will be applied unless a valid Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate is provided. All goods not removed by that time are subject to sale or other disposal, as determined by the sole discretion of Longview Climate Storage. Removal of contents from auction units must be done during agreed upon times. We reserve the right to withdraw any units from the Public Sale at any time for any reason. It is the bidder's responsibility to immediately return all personal photos, documents, tax returns, yearbooks, etc. for us to return to the tenant. We do not have a dumpster, successful bidders need to remove all contents from the unit and our property.
