This is an online auction only. All bids entered are an agreement to purchase said item and signifies that the bidder has examined the item to their satisfaction or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. All sales are final. No returns for any reason. We describe all items to the best of our ability however all items are sold as is, where is with no guarantee. We are open throughout the week for you to come in and inspect any item up for auction. Please see our business hours. We also reserve the right to reject any bid for any reason at our sole discretion. Buyer's Premium & Tax: Please note that there is a 7% sales tax applied to all purchases unless you have a tax exempt number on file with us. There is also a 13% buyer's premium applied to all purchases. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, check and cash. Call in payment or pay in person within 48 hours of auction end. If items are not picked up during allotted time, your credit card will be charged. Staggered & Soft Closing: The auction will begin closing at 7:00 pm CDT on August 23rd. One lot will end every 30 seconds. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of any lot. All items purchased must be paid for on Friday, August 24th 9 am - 12 noon at our auction center in Hastings, NE. And, the units must be cleaned out by 5 pm on Sunday, August 26th. NO EXCEPTIONS! The credit card on file will be charged 48 hours after the auction end if items have not been picked up and paid for. If items are not picked up within this time limit, the items are disposed of at the auctioneers discretion. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction, extend bidding or cancel bidding in the case of system failures. We also reserve the right to add or remove items from the auction. Neither the company providing the software nor Tri-City Auction Center shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. ***NOTE: You must have a current photo ID and either a Nebraska Firearm Purchase Permit, Nebraska Conceal Carry Permit or FFL to bid on any firearm. NO EXCEPTIONS. These also must be presented at time of pick up and you will be required to complete a Firearm Transaction form 4473.***

Online Only Storage Unit Auction will run from Tuesday, August 14th through Thursday, August 23rd at 7 p.m. CST. One lot will end every 45 seconds beginning at 7 p.m. Please note a buyer's Premium of 13% will be added to all purchases. All units will need to be paid for at our auction center on Friday from 9 am - 12 noon and the units will need to be cleaned out by 5 pm on Sunday, August 26th. There will be a $100 cash deposit applied to each unit purchased. This deposit will be refunded when the unit is cleaned out. All purchases must be paid by CASH ONLY.
