No refunds or charge-backs will be granted due to a failure to pick-up or remove the property. Upon abandonment, the “buyer” forfeits all claims to ownership and title will revert to the Seller. In cases of the sale of abandoned property, the original bidder forfeits the right to any sale proceeds upon resale.
