Listing Terms and Conditions
Property will be sold at Live auction! )Buyer will be required to put down 5% of the sales price on auction day or a minimum of $2500 dollars, whichever is greater. The earnest money can be made by Cash, Cashier’s check or Personal check with proper ID. The balance of the purchase price and all closing cost will be due in 30 days of contract date or date agreed upon between parties. If Buyer is unable to close at that time, earnest money will be used as liquidated damages for Seller. Seller has the right to accept or reject the high bid obtained at auction. Property is sold AS IS and any inspections and financing arrangements should be made prior to auction and is at buyers expense. Personal property sold at auction separately will be sold as is where is. Please inspect all items before auction as there will be no refunds.
