$100 Cleaning Deposit 72 Hour Cleanup, No Dumpster Privileges. The highest bidder is required to sign an "Auction Purchase Receipt", showing the party's name, address, phone number, unit number, and the dollar amount. If the property is not removed within 72 hours, the property will be determined abandoned and the facility owner will be allowed to remove and dispose of the property without any claims of "trespass" or "conversion". The bidder may also choose to become a tenant in the facility and hold the property with proper lease and document signing. The Storage Facility (Woodlands Self Storage), at its own discretion, reserves all rights to cancel, or postpone auctions during any point of the auction event up to the last minutes.
