If we have to hold items, wait for checks to clear, wait for additional payments, or incur additional time and costs including returning to estate for pick up of items, then the buyer's premium will be 25%. For anyone wishing to check out prior to the end of auction, the Buyer's Premium will be 25%. If there are items in your won lot that you do not wish to take with you, please see Tim Chapulis, Auctioneer to discuss. The auction will be held in a walk around fashion. Bidding will be from area to area, following the auctioneer, Tim Chapulis. This is a very efficient manner that benefits both buyers and sellers, with average estate contents auction taking under 3 hours to complete from start to finish. Check out time for all winning bidders will begin at the completion of the auction. If you are running late and are not able to be there on time, please call Tim Chapulis (860) 459-0964 and we will try to accommodate you or accept phone bids. Multi-Estate auction on July 8, 2018!  Mark your calendars for this auction extravaganza featuring multiple fabulous estates!  This auction will feature collections from the home of Attorney Charles Brower, a prominent area attorney, who will be downsizing.  Included will be a phenomenal collection of Native American artwork, featuring many signed and numbered pieces from prominent Southwest artists, home furnishings, lawn and garden items including a John Deere ride on mower, many country finds from the farm, and many discoveries to be included!
 
From the estate of Mr. Raymond Larson of Bristol, CT, a well known collector of Royal Worcester porcelain, clocks, decoys, hunting and fishing collections, and much more.  We will be auctioning all of his collections including taxidermy, sporting and hunting artwork, a fabulous collection of traps, featuring approx. 40 bear traps and hundreds of other trapping related items.  Also included will be a pocket watch collection, silver dollar collection, gold coins, and antique radios.
 
An extensive clock collection will be a featured part of this auction, including antique clocks from multiple estates.  Rare clocks, including wooden works, Eli Terry, E. Howard, mantel, shelf, and regulator clocks from local clockmakers, will be a highlight of this auction.
 
Automobiles to be auctioned will include a 1956 T-Bird  and Triumph TR-7!   We are just starting to get into all these estates!  Check back each day for new auction listings!
