There is a 10% Buyer's Premium on all winning bids, plus a 3% credit card surcharge. All items must be picked up by the winning bidder on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 between the hours of 9am and 5pm. There will only be one day allocated for loading out of items, therefore please make sure to plan accordingly before placing any bids. Do not place a bid if you cannot be available to load out your own items on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 between the hours of 9am and 5pm. For those paying with a credit card or debit card, there is an additional 3% surcharge. We will assume that you are paying with the credit or debit card on file unless you notify us in the Auctioneer's Notes section of your account before the auction begins, and our system will automatically charge the card. In the event that you wish to pay cash, you must state that you will appear at our offices no later than 10AM on Tuesday, June 26, 2018, to pay with cash or certified funds. If payment is not made by that time, we will automatically charge the card on file and the 3% surcharge will apply. All items are sold "as is" without warranty or guarantee of any kind, with all of their faults. Bidders are strongly encouraged to carefully examine all items before placing a bid. There will be a preview and inspection time on auction day (Monday, June 25, 2018) from 9am to 12pm.
