All items sell "as is" Viewing one day only, Wednesday, May 16th, 10am to 4pm--Pickup is scheduled for Saturday, May 26th, 10am to 4pm or by appointment. Large items need to be out as soon as possible as the property has been sold. Please bring your own help for loading of furniture and large items. No shipping on furniture, china sets and other large items. The computer will assign you a bid number--Register with a credit card (We do not have access to credit card numbers, so after purchasing, call Stella Hill at 830/889-2302 with credit card info if you are paying with a card) You will billed twice, once for purchases and once for shipping if this is required.
