Payment must be made immediately after the auction at the offices of The Lawler Auction Company, located at 7781 Highway 1 North, Shreveport, Louisiana. The Auction Company will immediately attempt to charge the credit card on file (and the 3% surcharge will apply) after the auction unless the Buyer has notified the Auction Company in the "Auctioneer's Notes" section that the buyer will be paying with cash or certified funds before 11AM on Friday, April 27, 2018. Buyers wishing to pay with cash may also send an email to cs@lawlerauction.com advising that the Bidder wishes to pay in cash. Otherwise the credit card will be charged immediately after the auction. Buyers are required to load and pick up their own items on Friday, April 27, 2018 between the hours of 9am and 5pm only. There will only be one day to pick up merchandise in this auction. If we have to send a truck and man out after this time to meet a customer, there will be a charge of $150, plus $25 per hour. Therefore please make arrangements to have plenty of help, equipment, and trucks available to retrieve your items on Friday, April 27th. No items shall be removed until we are paid in full. Buyers must have thier PAID IN FULL receipt upon picking up merchandise. The internet bidding will begin to close at 2pm CST on Thursday, April 26, 2018 beginning with Lot # 1. Then each subsequent lot will close seconds behind the other. However in the event of a last minute, or sniper bid, the bidding on that particular lot will be extended for approximately two minutes for each new bid received. We recommend that buyers place theier Maximum Bid and the system will automatically insert their bid in increments up to that maximum bid automatically.
