AUCTIONEER’S NOTE:  Mr. Farley was the successful proprietor of Pirate’s Pizza and Farley’s Bait and Tackle until his untimely passing.  Mr. Farley’s businesses and homes were located along the Muskingum River in Malta, Ohio.  We are honored to be commissioned to disperse of his entire estate.  Besides his rental business he also had some rental properties.  If you are looking for a river property to live in, to operate a business from, or to rent – you will want to attend this auction.  There are many very unusual and unique items at this auction.  This is only a small amount of what we will be offering.
