If buyer would like an appraisal or home inspection arranged before bidding this will be at buyers expense. A 10% Buyers premium will be added to the final bid price. Buyer will be required to put down a none refundable deposit of 10% at the conclusion of the real estate auction. Buyer will enter into a purchase agreement at the end of the real estate auction. Buyer must be able to close in 30 days or less. If buyer is unable to close at the time of closing they will forfeit their earnest money including buyers premium. Taxes will be prorated at closing.
