A 10% buyer's premium plus sales tax will be added to all items sold (14% plus tax will be added if credit/debit card is used).Unless you are an established customer, we only accept cash or credit/debit cards, no checks.
Dealers & Re-salers: To be tax exempt, you must bring with you a copy of your ARIZONA RESALE LICENSE for us to keep on file, as well as complete and sign Arizona Form 5000. You must resale what you buy from my auctions to be tax exempt.
Bring help and trailer to load large items. All items must be removed within 2 hours after the auction.

Stamps: We have a stack over 4 foot tall of stamps in books from all over the world. In my 34 years of conducting estate auctions, I have never laid eyes on this many stamp albums. NOTE:: (occupant of home was a smoker and stamps smell of cigarette smoke.)
Antique Furniture & Misc. Collectibles: ITEMS ADDED FROM A DIFFERENT ESTATE. Primitives include: Huge Double Wheel Grinder, pair of large wing back chairs, crocks, copperware, Antique Country furniture, Antique Barometer, Windsor Chairs with doweling. 1991-1992 Basketball, Baseball and Michael Jordan cards still in original plastic, never opened.
