Payment must be received prior to the pickup day. Receipts will be emailed to winning bidders. -Virginia state sales tax of 6% applies. Tax-exempt dealers must submit their information PRIOR to the auction's close.
-A buyer's premium of 15% will be added to every purchase.

-All items must be picked up on the pickup day and during the times provided. Any item not picked up on the pickup day immediately becomes sole property of Alexandria Auctions LLC.
-Alexandria Auctions LLC reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time before the auction closes, for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the auction for any reason.
-Preview is during the scheduled preview period - or by appointment.
-Requests for shipping must be made by email to alexandriaauctions@gmail.com, and must be submitted no later than 24 hours after the auction closes.
