WAREHOUSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS EQUIPMENT CONDITION: **All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY or GUARANTEE. **All sales are final. **All bids are based on the inspection, evaluation, and desire of the Bidder(s). **Unless otherwise stated in an item description, no items have been tested for functionality. **Any description of functionality is for INFORMATION ONLY and does not constitute a warranty or guarantee. **We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you preview the items before bidding. **In the event, any item is lost, or stolen, before the invoice is settled, the Buyer will not be charged for the item. If your credit card is declined for ANY REASON, you will have until Noon the day after the auction to call us with a different credit card. Failure to do so will result in the sale of your items to someone else and your removal from our approved bidders list. REMOVAL: Items must be picked up within TWO BUSINESS DAYS following the close of the auction. Pick up times can be scheduled between the hours of 9:00AM and 4:00PM. SELLING MULTIPLE LIKE ITEMS: if we sell multiple like items to more than one buyer, selection will be on a first come basis. (Example: If we sell dining chairs to more than one buyer, then the first buyer to show up to get their items, will get the first selection. If you are late getting there, you will choose from what is remaining.) SALES TAX: The State of NC requires us to collect sales tax for all items in this auction. If you are not from NC and the purchased items are not going to be used in NC, then you will not be charged NC sales tax. You may be responsible for paying the State's Use Tax from your state. We are overloaded with quality consignments from area restaurants. We have no where to store these items, so they must be sold immediately. We have items from 5-6 consignors THAT HAVE NEVER SOLD WITH US BEFORE.
