BY SUBMITTING ANY BID YOU ARE SIGNIFYING ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the Chesapeake Auction House.
1. All bidders must register with the Chesapeake Auction House and give full identifications to bid including a valid credit card.
2. Full payment is due on completion of sale. All Sales are Final…. NO EXCEPTIONS!
3. Payment is accepted in the form of Cash, Master Charge, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card.
4. All purchases must be paid in full before any merchandise can be removed from the premises.
5. All items must be removed within one week of the close of the auction, unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company. Buyers assume responsibility for any/all shipping arrangements. Shipping is available with a shipping and handling fee. Contact us for a quote. Merchandise left after that time will be considered abandoned and may be resold without notice. Your credit card will be charged for all purchases whether removed or not…. NO EXCEPTIONS!
6. There will be a 13% Buyers Premium added to the purchase price of each lot sold. Chesapeake Auction House is required by Maryland law to charge state sales tax of 6%. Any bidder wishing to use a tax resale number must have a resale number on file prior to the auction.
7. Chesapeake Auction House takes great care in the description and representation of all items, but these items are offered "as is" and "where is". The auctioneer and seller make no representation or warranty expressed or implied as to the merchantability, correctness, description, fitness or condition. Matching Underslip and Hat This appears to be in excellent condition. The fabric is sort of a stiff sheer gauze but the full length slip prevents it from being see-thru. It is about 30 inches long. Both front and back are shown. 13 2 Dozen Vintage Silver and Gold Toned Pins Only a few are signed but all appear good. 14 Jaclyn Smith 2 Tone Watch The 1 Inch face looks like Mother of Pearl. It has a stainless steel back and a Japan movement. We do not know if it works but it should. 15 Silver Colored and Multi Green Stone Necklace This is about 15 inches long. There is one small center stone missing. The green stones are somewhat opaque. We see no marks. 16 Old Costume Jewelry. Some is boxed, some is vintage, the elephant is signed glass, the black earrings are beaded plus there are a couple singles. 17 Waterford Crystal Seahorse Pin This little guy is about 2 inches long and looks like the logo. 18 Pair of Country Bisque Figures, Salt and Pepper Set, Glass Serving Bowls and Pottery Oil Lamp Base The 9.5 Inch figures are not marked. 19 Metal Wall Art and 2 Candy Cans The copper pieces in the back are 13 inches across.
