Listing Terms and Conditions
The property will sell with the Owner's Final Approval / Acceptance of the Winning Bid. A 5,000 dollar Non Refundable deposit will be due the day of auction. There will be a 10% Buyers Premium with the property. The 10% buyers premium will be added to the purchase price. The balance of the purchase price and buyer's premium will be due at the closing of the Real Estate transaction approx. 30 days from the date of auction. The purchase of the Real Estate will not be contingent upon the bidders/ buyers ability to obtain financing. All Bidders/ Buyers are encouraged to obtain financing prior to auction date. Inspections of the property by a licensed inspector prior to the auction are welcome, but will be the responsibility of the interested bidder/buyer. All Sales Are Final.
