Deliver items now to make the brochure to 13340 Florida Blvd. Livingston, LA 70754 (Monday-Friday 8am-4pm)
Day 1 -Thursday (Lots 1-1000) :
Heavy Duty Trucks, Tractor Trucks, Service Vehicles, Trailers, Containers and Salvage Trucks, Trailers, ATVs, Farm Equipment, Misc Items
Day 2 -Friday (Lots 2000 - 2999):
Construction Equipment & Support Equipment, Welders, Air Compressors, Light Plants, Marine Equipment, Offsite Items, Salvage Hvy Equipment
Day 3 – Saturday RING 1 (Lots 3000-3499 & Lots 5000-5999):
We will split rings starting with lot 3500 selling in one ring and lots 5000-5999 selling in a second ring (approx. 12:30pm after the drive-thru). Make sure to bring 2 people onsite for day 3 buying!
Day 3 – Saturday RING 2 (Lots 3500-4999 & Lots 6000 & UP):
Farm Tractors, Farm Implements, Boats, RV's, Travel Trailers, ATV's, Picks-Ups, Autos, Collector Cars, Motorcycles, Misc Item.
Ring Two on Day 3 will start after the drive thru around 1pm, click the link above to preview the lots.
**Note: Items with T1, T2, T3 or N1 in the Description is for office use only, sales tax identification.

Terms of the Auction:
Buyer's Premium:
Day 1 (December 14th) 10% on the 1st $5,000,
then 2% on the balance of each item.
Day 2 (December 15th) 10% on the 1st $5,000,
then 2% on the balance of each item.
Day 3 (December 16th) 10% on each item.
Load Out: All items must be removed by Friday, December 29th
Full settlement is due on the day of sale: Cash, Wire Transfer, Cashier’s Check/Money Order, Personal/ Business Check with bank letter of guarantee-accepted payments (Click Here for an example of a Bank Letter of Guarantee). Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express (3% Fee Applies to Credit Card Purchases). Sales Tax Applied when applicable.
General Auction Site Policies:
When entering an auction site you do this at your own risk.
Henderson Auctions is not responsible for any injuries or damage to property that occurs at the auction site.
All items sold as is/ where is. Inspection prior to bidding is recommended and available.
Buyer is responsible for all freight, handling costs, and taxes where applicable.

Please note that all items may not be available for internet bidding. Please do not submit your registration more than once. Approvals are typically processed within a few hours during normal business hours. To insure that your approval is completed in time for the sale, we suggest that you submit your registration before sale day. The registration you submit online is ONLY good for internet bidding, NOT onsite bidding. Your information will be good for all future sales and you will not need to register again.

PROXY BID on any Auction Item Now Before the Auction Starts, its quick and easy read how below:
How it Works: Register for online bidding, log-in, select your lot, agree to bidding terms, place you max bid amount that you want to bid on that lot. Once you have submitted your bid, you will go through a confirmation page where you will verify the amount you've entered. An email notification will be sent to you confirming that we have received your Proxy Bid. The seller and other bidders will never know the amount of this bid. Auction Time will place bids, on your behalf, using the smallest bidding increment necessary to ensure that you remain the high bidder until your max bid is met. Similar to the E-Bay style process
