There is a 15% Buyer's Premium for this auction. That means that you will pay 15% on top of your bid amount, plus applicable sales taxes (9.35%). We will automatically charge the credit card on file and a 3% credit surcharge will apply, unless you notify us that you will be paying in the form of cash no later than 6pm on Saturday, November 25, 2017. If you wish to pay in cash, you must place a note in the "Auctioneer's Notes" section when you go to place your first bid, and you will also need to send us an email to cs@lawlerauction.com. Bidders may inspect the items up for auction at any time during the Gavel Falls Christmas Festival & Fireworks Spectacular hours of 11am and 8pm on Black Friday and Saturday (Nov. 24 & Nov. 25). Admission tickets must be purchased to enter the facility on that day for $2 per ticket. There is free parking on Friday, but $5 parking after 12pm on Saturday. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items carefully before placing a bid. All items are sold "as is" without warranty or guarantee of any kind whatsoever. However many of the electrical items will be tested by our auction staff and noted in the description of the item. We basically power the item up and will make sure that it works. If we put "TESTED" in the description field of the item, the buyer may choose to test the item up on pickup and we will guarantee the item to 'Power Up' however once the item leaves the auction building, no refunds will be given. This stipulation is for this particular auction only and should not be construed to be a permanent across the board rule for future auctions. This "TESTED" or "Power UP" guarantee does NOT apply to items being shipped. Therefore buyers are encouraged to pick up their items from the auction facility and to test those items before the bidder leaves the auction building. You may pick up your items on Saturday, November 25, 2017 up until 5pm, however please remember that there is a $2 admission fee and $5 parking fee that day that will be charged in order to enter the premises during the Christmas Festival & Fireworks Show and there is the potential for large crowds. It might be better for you to wait until Monday or Tuesday (November 27 & November 28) from 9am to 5pm., unless you are planning to attend the Christmas Festival and Fireworks Show anyway. However please remember that we close for lunch between the hours of 12pm and 1pm during the weekdays. Shipping is available. We are happy to provide you with shipping and handling services for any item in this auction. We generally charge a handling fee of $10 plus the costs of packaging and shipping for each lot. However any buyer may elect to contract directly with the UPS Stores in Shreveport, who will be happy to pick up your items and bring them to their facility, where they will prepare and ship the items to you. Please note that the "Power Up" and "Tested" warranty does not apply to any item that is shipped. It only applies to items picked up by the Bidder and tested before the Bidder leaves the auction building.

Lawler Auction & Event Facility will be the home for the Gavel Falls Christmas Festival & Fireworks Spectacular on Black Friday (Nov. 24) and Saturday (Nov. 25). The event will feature an online internet Christmas auction, trade booths, crafts booths, food booths, a live nativity with live animals on Friday night, and it will end with a professional fireworks show on Saturday night at 8pm. The Christmas Auction will feature many items for just about anyone in the family ranging from tools to general merchandise, and even items from the vendors at the trade and crafts booths. Viewing and preview for the auction can be done on Black Friday during event hours (11am to 8pm) and on Saturday up until the auction begins to close at 12pm.
