1. This is a default sale according to Florida State Statues 83-801 to 809. We will only accept cash. We will not accept checkes, money orders or credit cards. 2. Bidding increments will be in $25 increments after reaching a bid of $100. You can cut us back to a $10 bid at anytime. You are also welcomed to give a bid on your first pass through. This inturn will be the starting bid. 3. There will be a 10% buyer's premium and a 7% sales tax on top of the winning bid and must be paid in full after the end of the auction. 4. There is a $50 or $100 deposit which will be paid to the facility manager. They will give you the deposit back once you have emptied and left the unit in a broom swept condition. You also have 48 hours to clean out the unit. 5. If this is your first auction with us, we will need a copy of your driver's license and a copy of your tax exempt certificate if you have one. 6.
