Items are available for inspection 8 am till 5pm Monday through Friday normal work days, until date of sale. Payment: Please contact us by phone or email after you receive your invoice if you have any questions about payment or pickup. Payment is due in full by 5 PM on the FRIDAY immediately following the auction via WIRE TRANSFER only. NO PERSONAL OR COMPANY CHECKS will be accepted as payment and we do not accept payment by mail. All wire transfer fees are payable by the buyer. Sales Tax: All items are subject to applicable sales tax unless you present a valid resale tax certificate or the item will be used in the production of agricultural crops. You must sign a farm exempt affidavit. Johnson Auction Service LLC assumes no liability for errors or omissions in this listing. Items are sold as is, where is, without any warranties what so ever, whether expressed, implied, or statutory. Expressly excluded are warranties of merchantability, fitness for use and purpose and description. Hour meter readings are unverified information and accuracy is expressly not guaranteed in any way by Johnson Auction Service LLC. Items are available for inspection prior to bidding, and bidder is solely responsible for personally inspecting the item and verifying any information presented here or elsewhere. All fees must be paid before item can be removed. Any items left over 90 days may be subject to resale by Johnson Auction Service LLC. Storage fees will be paid from proceeds of such sale and buyer receiving remaining proceeds of the resale. Buyer is solely responsible for shipping items.
