This is an absolute auction. All items are sold as-is.  15% buyer’s premium. All major credit cards accepted.  You will need a credit card to register to bid through Proxibid.com

PAYMENTS ARE PROCESSED THROUGH PROXIBID.  Your card will automatically be charged at the conclusion of the auction.

All items sold AS IS, WHERE IS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value and any other properties of the items you chose to bid on. REMOVAL POLICY:
You must bring your own manpower and tools to dismantle, carry, pack, load, etc. of your purchased items.  Please bring your own boxes and wrapping material.  We are NOT liable for any damage to any items.  Items MUST be picked up within the scheduled removal time and location or arrangements for shipping should be made.  All items must be paid for in full before removal.  Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and forfeited (no refund).  Please note that this does not apply to items being shipped.  Your intent of pick up or shipping must be indicated immediately following closing of auction.

SHIPPING POLICY:All shipping is done by a third party.  A handling fee may apply to transport to shipper. Third party shipping fees are separate from auction company fees. Please make your intent of shipping known immediately following closing of auction.

SHIPPING COSTS AND SHIPPING/HANDLING PAYMENT:
All third party shipping costs are completely separate and unrelated to Auction Company.  A local shipper will be utilized for smaller items unless specifically requested otherwise.  Additional charges may apply with special requests. For furniture, heavy or extra-large items, the buyer must hire a freight company and schedule them to pick up the item(s) during the scheduled removal.
