Freedom Liquidations LLC reserves the right to resell and or dispose of any item not picked up during allotted pick up time and if other arrangements have not been made. * Any disputes will be handled in Hampton, VA. * Auction will use the soft close feature and will close in the order of the catalog at a rate of 1 item every 20 seconds. Any item receiving a bid in the last 2 minutes will extend the auction for that item by 2 minutes. (other items will continue to close). * We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
