GO BY THE NUMBERS ON THE ONLINE AUCTION LISTING AND NOT BY THE NUMBERS YOU SEE IN THE PICTURES. tHE LOT NUMBERS HAVE BEEN CHANGED ON THE ITEMS BUT NOT THE PICTURES. This will be the 2nd online estate auction will be be conducting at this property. There were many items not sold in the first auction and many items that were not listed in the first online auction. The garage has been redesigned so that you will be able to view the items from the pictures as well as like items have been lotted together in most cases. There are items throughout the home that was not listed in the first auction so there will be plenty to purchase. This auction will end on March 18th and pickup will be on March 21st. from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Remember the opening bids listed are only starting bids. You are encouraged to bid as you see fit. We had several people indicate they lost out on items because they failed to bid on or raise their bids. You can stop a lot of that be setting maximin bids at the same time you are submitting you first bid. The closing process starts closing at 6:00 p.m. but may take several hours to close out the entire auction. Hope to see you at pickup. There will be a late pickup fee of $25.00 for those that fail to show up for regular pickup times and date. If your items are left more that 5 days they will be considered abandoned and will become the property of the auction company to dispose of in a manner they deem necessary. Credit cards will be charged at the end of the auction and invoices sent out to the buyers at their provided email address. Check your emails and be on time.
