All out-of-state firearm purchases will only be shipped to a licensed FFL. ***PAYMENT: Payment for any purchase is considered due and payable on receipt of invoice. All payments are due in our office by Friday at 4:45. We will then charge the card that is on file. We will hold merchandise for 2 weeks. The buyer agrees to pay AAA Auction Service, Inc. a handling charge of $35.00 for any check not honored by the drawee. If the purchaser breaches any of its obligations under thse conditions of sale, including its obligation to pay in full the purchase price for all items purchased, AAA Auction Service, Inc. may exercise its rights under the law, which may include canceling the sale and applying any payments made by the buyer to the damages caused by the breach, and/or offering at public auction, without reserve, any lot or item for which the buyer has failed to pay in full or failed to remove from the premises with 30 days. The buyer will be held liable for any deficiency plus all costs of sale. The liability of AAA Auction Service, Inc. to any buyer in regard to any item shall not exceed the purchae price actually paid by such buyer. It is the responsibility of the bidder to arrange method and delivery of complete payment with auctioneer. ***REMOVAL: All items must be paid for in full before they may be removed from auction location. OPTION 2: At bidder's request, auctioneer will pack and ship items to bidder only if items can be shipped in USPS Priority Flat Rate Mailing Box or Envelope. (The largest USPS Flat Rate Box measures 12"x12"x8".) In this event, bidder agrees that (a) all such packaging, handling and shipping is at sole risk of the purchaser and that auctioneer shall have no liability for any loss or damage to such items, and (b) purchaser shall pay all charges in advance of item being shipped. The bidder will pay all postage or freight costs, plus an appropriate handling fee to account for time & materials. This handling fee will be $5 per winning bidder for first item and $3 thereafter per item with a cap of $50. The buyer is solely responsible for securing of labor for loading and packing of items purchased. AAA Auction Service, Inc., does not employ laborers for loading and packing purposes. After articles are removed from auction location or the announced removal period has ended, the auctioneer and the seller will have no obligation to the winning bidder and no responsibility for articles sold. ***ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Any and all bids made by any and all bidders are legally binding contracts to purchase articles for the price offered according to the terms and conditions listed herein.
